Clay Pebbles Hydroponic Growing Media

If you’re looking for a neutral growing medium for your hydroponics setup, this is what you want.  PLANT!T horticultural clay pebbles are made from 100% natural clay. They are clean, pH stable and offer great aeration and drainage for all sorts of hydroponic systems, including deep water culture and drip feed systems of all sizes.

These natural clay pebbles offer an ideal environment to foster beneficial bacterial growth around the root zone.  This help your plants by promoting a healthy root system and that in turn leads to healthier plants.

When using Hydroton and Clay Pebbles, be sure to sure to soak the grow media at least 24 hours!   I also recommend rinsing the grow media out well after you are finished soaking it, too.

Using a quality grow media in hydroponic gardening is a must.   Plant!T clay pebbles ensures good root aeration and prevents rotting, excess acidity and soil pests.    These clay pebbles are also lightweight and great for orchid re-potting as well.

This hydroponic grow media allows plenty of freedom for roots to happily grow in any of the hydroponic systems we feature on this website, except the AeroGarden.   These clay pebbles are also re-useable!  When your are finished using them or if you simply want  to transplant your plants into a soil garden, the clay balls gently shake out of the roots, so that there is less shock to the plants.   Just be sure to rinse them well and let them dry off and you will be ready for your next hydroponic adventure.
